This week on Bellingham Art Beat it’s March and time to submit to Whatcom County’s Sue C. Boynton Poetry Contest! Boynton committee members Susan J. Erickson* and Norman L Green join us today. Since 2006 this non-profit program of the Whatcom Poetry Series offers a free annual event held each spring, open to Whatcom County, Washington, residents of all ages and all levels of experience.
Sue and Norm talk about the contest history, share memorable moments from the award ceremony and talk about their own artistic backgrounds AND answer the question “What is your favorite word?”
