Antoni’s Garden Show

Antoni will be sharing gardening wisdom regularly with our listeners, you can always come here for a refresher or to listen after it’s aired if you missed it.  Airs 1st Wednesday of each month. Beyond Your Front Door

Beyond Your Front Door is a weekly program exploring Oregon’s diverse and interesting coast with local experts.

Host Dina Pavlis has been a U.S. Forest Service volunteer interpretive ranger for over 19 years on the central Oregon coast. Author of “Secrets of the Oregon Dunes,” Dina is an avid hiker, outdoor enthusiast, and nature photographer.

The Children’s hour

The Children’s Hour is a weekly, educational and entertaining public radio program for kids and families. Using excellent music, expert guests, talented kids and a format that is a proven success in growing and keeping listeners of all ages engaged.

The Children’s Hour includes kids in all aspects of the production. We’re dedicated to filling educational gaps, by focusing on civics, STEM, culture, and performance, using interviews with scientists, astronauts, civil servants, cultural educators, performers and others, and weaving shows together with a wide variety of musical genres.

 

Choose to be Curious

Choose to be Curious is an independently-produced, weekly half-hour show all about curiosity. We talk about research and theory, but mostly it’s conversations about how curiosity shows up in work and life.

Choose to be Curious won the Alliance for Community Media’s Hometown Media Award for best information talk show series in 2021 and Arlington Magazine’s Editor’s Pick for best local podcast in 2020.

Civic Cipher

Civic Cipher is a weekly radio show hosted by Ramses Ja and Q. Ward. This show is dedicated to empowering Black and Brown voices, allowing them to engage directly with their communities as well as the general population. Self-determination is critical to securing a future free of oppressive systems, and Civic Cipher exists to facilitate discussions toward this end. Furthermore, Civic Cipher seeks to inform non-POC allies who may not be privy to these types of discussions and optics.

Deep Dive Cybersecurity Show

The Deep Dive Cybersecurity Show with Nick Espinosa is about all things Cybersecurity, Cyberwarfare and Technology related. Learn how to defend yourself online while we discuss hacking and tech news, both local and international, review all the breaches that happened this week as well as taking a deeper look into serious issues around the world in terms of Cybersecurity, hacking, technology and more!

When the Biomass hits the Wind Turbine

Jay & Annie Warmke own and operate a sustainable living demonstration homestead on 40 acres in southeast Ohio. It features the first Earthship (2,200 sq ft home made of tires, cans & bottles) built east of the Mississippi, 15 structures which demonstrate sustainable living processes and practices and hosts a number of events and workshops. Since opening in 2004, more than 35,000 people have visited and/or taken part in workshops or events.

Both Jay & Annie left “successful” careers to adopt a net zero lifestyle. Jay headed up one of the largest telecommunications associations in the world – with offices across the globe. He was named one of the 10 most influential people in the telecommunications industry.
